Belem is an old and beautiful part of Lisbon city. You can get there by tram in about 20 minutes. Belem will easily take the whole day or two to get around. Plenty of sights, including coastal fortress Torre de Belem, the shiny white Jerónimos Monastery, Tropical Botanic Garden, Monument to Discoveries to count a few. We’ve spent there one day, wandering around, visiting places and taking pictures. The view from the top of Monument to Discoveries is truly something.
You will find links to the Flickr sets at the bottom of this post. All pictures are available in side-by-side and red-cyan anaglyph formats.
